Participant Agreement

• ~ I understand that participation in the Theatre Arts Students Festival and Awards (TASFA) 2025 is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including injury, illness, or property loss, which I willingly assume.
• ~ I release and discharge the Organizer (1560 Productions), and its partners, from all claims or liabilities arising from my participation or attendance at the event.
• ~ I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, and its partners, against any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from my actions or omissions during the event.
• ~ In case of a medical emergency, I authorize the Organizer, and its partners, to arrange medical treatment for me and accept full responsibility for any related costs.
• ~ I grant the Organizer, and its partners, the right to capture and use my image, name, and voice in any media for promotional or lawful purposes without further approval or compensation.
• ~ I acknowledge that this agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and that any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
• ~ I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, have read and understood this agreement, and voluntarily accept all its terms.
